A native to southeastern Pennsylvania, Kelley got her first real taste of international travel when she spent a semester in Florence, Italy and, while there, ventured to six countries in Europe. After graduating from Clemson University with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Italian (2012), she moved to Washington, DC to work as an administrative coordinator for a trade association. Kelley rediscovered her passion for the field of International Education while pursuing an MS in Higher Education Counseling & Student Affairs from West Chester University (2017). She joined CET as a Student Services Coordinator (2017) before transitioning to support ATA’s teams internally as a Talent & Culture Associate (2019) and earning her Professional in Human Resources certification (2020). Now as Talent & Culture Manager, Kelley leads ATA’s talent & culture operations.
