Stephanie Villanueva-Villar, Talent Management Specialist

Stephanie is deeply passionate about world travel and has a genuine interest in connecting with people from diverse cultures. Her adventurous spirit and curiosity drive her to explore new horizons and foster meaningful cross-cultural connections.

Her previous experience includes founding and serving as the Executive Director of Your Girl for Good, a non-profit organization based in D.C. that focused on empowering young girls of color in STEM fields. Through summer mentorship programs, workshops, and summits, Stephanie created opportunities for these girls to connect with successful female mentors and explore various career paths.

She recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she double majored in International Social Justice and Gender, Sexuality, & Women’s Studies with a minor in Political Science. Stephanie’s commitment to diversity and inclusion led her to collaborate with prestigious organizations such as the Smithsonian, Girls Who Code, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, where she developed and implemented programs that empower the voices of marginalized students.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Stephanie finds joy in immersing herself in different cultures through world travel. Her experiences have helped her build meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds, further fueling her passion for understanding and promoting global collaboration. In her leisure time, Stephanie enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and perfecting her banana bread recipe. She also loves taking long scenic walks with her Yorkie Terrier, Lucas.
