Our Annual JEDI Update
ATA has made significant strides in our justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) efforts since 2020, when we formally announced what is now known as our JEDI Action Plan. Last quarter, all staff gathered for an annual review to share the meanignful accomplishments of each team and look ahead towards our 2024 goals. Meet Melinda Schrom, Senior Director of Marketing and Client Services
Last fall, Melinda Schrom accepted the newly created position of Senior Director of Marketing and Client Services. On staff since 2016 serving in a variety of marketing positions, Melinda now oversees the entire partner and customer journey, looking for ways to improve timeliness, efficiency, and quality. Her day-to-day priorities include overseeing the creative team, consulting on marketing strategy across ATA’s partner relationships, and setting the strategic vision for performance metrics and service levels in the Client Services Department.
